The Irvine CA real residential real estate market is crushed with hungry buyers gobbling up the current supply of homes for sale.

Irvine needs more homes for sale to satisfy the huge buyer demand.

Irvine now has a low 338 homes listed for sale (as of October 8, 2012) – a drop of 8.4 percent from last week.

196 Irvine homes were sold during the past 30 days – with average sold price of $693,1567.

176 of the sold Irvine homes have been under $1 million – 90 percent of the market! More for sale listings in this range are needed to keep buyers satisfied.

Average market time for sale of Irvine homes – number of days it would theoretically take to sell all homes now on the market at current buying pace – is now at amazingly short and quick 1.4 months – which is more than three times faster the one year ago.
